Greenfield/Brownfield Subdivision Site works
We are a turnkey civil contractor experienced in all aspects of land development work involving earthworks, retaining wall construction, stormwater and sanitary sewer drainage reticulation including directional drilling applications, roading and concrete construction and power, water, gas, and telecommunications installation.
We are fortunate to be Associated and regularly engage with a core group of specialist subcontractors to expand our capability and assist us in timely delivery of projects.
We have completed numerous Brownfield and redevelopment projects (Fletcher Living/Tamaki Regeneration Company partnership for example) where a high degree of planning, stage delivery and building construction interface and overlap is necessary to meet stringent project time lines.
Bulk earthworks
We operate a range of earthmoving plant with experienced operators including excavators, dump trucks, dumpers and compactive equipment and access to motor scrapers and heavy Earthmoving equipment to comfortable tackle any challenging projects of any scale.
Stormwater and Sanitary Sewer Drainage.
We have both inhouse and subcontractor drainage crews experienced in open cut installation of all diameter pipelines in greenfield and in retrofit environments.
We enjoy a close working relationship with specialist directional drilling practitioners when required and of course can call on our sister company March Cato Ltd for their expertise and capability in pipejacking, tunnelling, large diameter watermain and concrete structure work such as pumping stations and the like.
We can utilise and take advantage of their full inhouse traffic management capability.
Utilities
We have laid many kilometres of inground watermains and telecommunication services as well as facilitated the installation of power and gas services in multiple projects Auckland wide.
Specialized Works
We have completed some dynamic work as part of past and current projects that allows use as a company to be truly turnkey. We have complete installation of Pedestrian Walkways and large staircases, Bridge abutments and bridges and Waste Water Pump station all the way to large scale Cliff Protection.
