1. Project management- Excellent ability of managing, scheduling, controlling and leading the whole project.
2. Time management teams - Timely delivery of work tasks as set in program list;
3. Vast experienced in all aspects of subdivision scope of works including Bulk earth work activities, sediment control, storm water & wastewater, water supply related works Roading, Retaining wall and etc.
4. Change management - Ability to adopt challenges and adhoc cases towards unplanned circumstances;
5. Adopt and adhere strictly to safety and health standards - practice and procedure;
6 . Competency of works - managed to deliver high quality of work standard to meet the requirement as set by CIVIX consultant Team;
7. Coordination and monitoring of work progress -Excellency of giving coordination and monitoring towards the work activities as set in the program list;
8. Procure management - Effectiveness and efficiency of procurement planning ahead to ensure cost and time effective and efficiency of materials to overcome the acute shortage of material supply issues during lockdown periods
