I have engaged March Cato Developments as main contractor several times dating back to 2017. Paul, Norm and the rest of the team’s collaborative and no-nonsense approach has seen exceptional results on each project. They are currently in a contract with us to undertake earthworks, retaining walls and civils on a subdivision comprising 124 finished lots and three superlots. The contract works are ahead of programme and within budget – as they are every time. On top of being a pleasure to deal with, March Cato Developments consistently go above and beyond. They do not hesitate to respectfully challenge the status quo, ensuring best value for us as Principal, and always identify and resolve potential issues before they culminate. Their in-depth understanding of what builders want means their value-add extends to our clients and beyond. We look forward to working with March Cato Developments on future projects.
